THE FUELLING HUB – Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from Fuel Me. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.


Changed your mind?

Because we sell sports nutrition products, we can’t accept returns just because you’ve changed your mind. This is for health and safety reasons — once the product has left our warehouse, we can’t guarantee it hasn’t been opened or tampered with.

If you’re unsure about a product before buying, reach out — we’re happy to help you pick the right one.


Damaged, faulty, or wrong order?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.
Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about the problem

  • A couple of clear photos (product + packaging)

We’ll review it ASAP and usually offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund


How to start a return

  1. Email us at fuelmesportnutrition@gmail.com within 7 days.

  2. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

  3. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return postage.

  4. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll process your replacement, credit, or refund within 5 business days.


A quick note

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Any opened or used products (unless faulty)

  • Products bought from another store or website

  • Items sent back without approval


Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You’re always entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
