Designed for use with our Flow Gel, the Flow Bottle and Flow Flasks make it easy to track your carb intake and hit your numbers.
Both the Flow Bottle 300 and Flow Flask 300 can both hold a full pouch of Flow Gel. That's 300g of carb in one bottle/flask! The Flow Flask 120 (which holds 120g of carb) is designed for shorter events and training sessions.
We tested every bottle and flask we could get our hands on to find those with the best flow.
